Bob O Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 Can someone recommend an analog operated pneumatic proportional valve? I am thinking analog because we don’t want operators adjust this on their own and I should be able to operate this off a ML1100 and small HMI. We are thinking about using one on a test fixture to set air pressure that we apply to an air cylinder, which will change the load, applied to an object. Thanks, Bob Quote
Bob O Posted October 24, 2006 Author Report Posted October 24, 2006 Thanks Ron. I will look into that. Quote
Smoke Posted October 25, 2006 Report Posted October 25, 2006 Check SMC also http://www.coastpneumatics.net/products/re...ators/index.php Quote
eccan Posted October 25, 2006 Report Posted October 25, 2006 (edited) I would also recommend the SMC proportional regulator. I use an SMC ITV2030-31N2CL4 with a ML1200. - Just watch the air cylinder sizing, as they only put out 70 PSI on a full signal. Edited October 25, 2006 by eccan Quote
