Adjustable preset for timers in S7300

This may be a simple question, but I am having a hard time finding the answer in the Siemens documentation. I am using a model S7-317F-2 DP. I have written the program (for the regular I/O section) with SODT timers, and I need to change them so that the time values of the timers can be changed without needing to re-compile the program. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Okay I figured out to just set the memory word to data type "s5time". I assume setting it will be straightforward. We will see. It would be nice if there was a drop down list of data types in the symbol table, so all of the options are shown. Just my two cents.
