Hello! I am trying to connect my PLC with SCADA. I am using S7-1200 1212C CPU (RELAY outputs). My SCADA system is iFIX 5.8 with driver S7A. I am trying to establish connection via GPRS router (TCP/IP). Port being used is 102 (default by S7A driver). In my company we have private network, SIM card in GPRS router gets static IP (set by RADIUS server) which is 10.247.XXX.XXX. My PLC has IP 192.168.0.10 set in Project. I am not sure what am I doing wrong. How to correctly set IP address in PLC to communicate in private network via GPRS router with static IP? I already enabled TCP port 102 in my router but I am not sure to which IP should I enable it because I am not sure if IP address set in PLC is correct. Should I use some communication blocks in program? I also enabled PUT/GET function (see attached pictures). Please help. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi every one, i'm new! I have a GSM modem: "F2013 GPRS IP Modem" (attach manual), one PLC CP1L-EM30DR-D and one CP1W-CIF01 RS-232C option boards (mount on PLC) So now, i want to connect them and send sms to mobile phone. I already read some topic in this forum regarding to this PLC RS232 port but still cant get the ideas when to create the ladder program. E.G: i want to send string "ABCDEF" to mobile phone when system has problem, what should i do?, how can i do that with ladder program in cx-programer? How to input to trigger the GSM send text msg: AT+CMGS=" YOUR PHONE NUMBER" and after that input to trigger GSM send text msg: YOUR TEXT MSG CONTAINS (Ctrl+z to send)? Hello, If anyone had to do with GSM Module using with Mitsubishi Q PLC? I'm looking for a simple example of ladder program to send a error code via SMS. E.g. error M100 (internal variable in PLC) appeared - send M100 by SMS to phone number 123456789. If someone can help me? Thank you in advance.

I need to make a setup like the readings in the energy meter should be a GSM then from this GSM the data should be sent to another GSM using Twido PLC.,please help me how to establish this connection. (Energy meter ----+ Twido PLC----+GSM) data from this should go to another similar set up (GSM----+Twido PLC---+Energy Meter) I dont know is this possible or not please help me,, -
Hello guys, actually I am new to this Omron PLC. but i have small project to transmit a command to the GSM modem via the RS232 port so it can trigger the modem to send text msg. Can you show me the steps/guide/sample program to accomplish this program coding?
