Tried that but wouldn't update. Found i needed to be logged in as administrator on my laptop and then it worked straight away. IT at work block everything so makes simple things hard.

Hi Everyone, Please can someone help? I'm trying to use CX integrator but haven't used it before. When i try and transfer the network and parameters from my PLC i keep getting this error. Can anyone tell me why? Thanks
