  3. No Sir, I am simply trying to establish communication between the PLC and the HMI. I can take the PLC backup via the HMI, and the Ethernet light is blinking. When I perform a ping test from the HMI, I receive a response, which confirms network connectivity. The internal HMI tags are working correctly. However, when I try to access PLC tags from the HMI, it shows a communication error.
  4. Observed Issue: The SD and RD Ethernet LEDs between the PLC and HMI are blinking, and the Ethernet link light is active, indicating physical connectivity. A ping test between the devices is successful. However, the HMI is displaying communication errors for the PLC tags. Diagnostics Performed: Checked the Ethernet diagnostics in the PLC, which shows the connection status as "Connecting", not "Established". PLC Configuration (FX5S): External Device Settings: One MELSOFT connection and one SLMP connection configured.
