  1. I have done Safety with CC Link IE Field so if you have any questions let me know
  2. Does the fanuc support CC-link ie field safety or just ie field ?
  3. The OBJ file is just a file it didn't have any settings. Which controller are you using just setup the PID for the signals. It's much easier to setup now.
  4. Aha I See, The AnS series is very very old and doesn't really support PID. However there is a small micro program which could be written in some extened memory (when using Melsec Medoc DOS) wich did the PID. The file was <projectname>.OBJ if i remember correctly. I donlt seem to have it anymore but I believe the structure is the same as PID Init and PID continuous. However you shoujld upgrade this controller to a system Q or iQ-R and just replace this part with the real PID instructions
  5. Look for the PIDINIT and PICONT instructions
  6. There is no free version of GX IEC Developer, but if you contact Mitsubishi Support they can extract the back up for you which you can importy into GX W 3
  7. You have to install GX IEC Developer. Just contact Mitsubishi Sweden and ask them to open the file and send you the files
  8. probably a step leading toward a servo program ?
  9. Sorry just read your whoile post, You already found that these Devices are controlled via PLC dev setup in the multiple PLC settings(M20 for instance) So basically you want to find out where these are used in the SFC program right ? Have you used "find Device" to search for these devices in your SFC ?
  10. aha ok than they do not have a specific purpose or dedicated infomration, Thye are free for the programmer to use. are they used in the multiple CPU settings ? Than the usage maybe come from the PLC program?
  11. Tip: Open MT Developer => Help Motion Dedictaed device. I will open Excel and give you all the Specila devices and meaning
  12. yes, But you need to setup the transparant mode in the programming software
  13. So if you monitor the position when marked. is that correct? Also you say at a certain speed it changes, how are you activation the mark detection ?
  14. Oke, Can you say something more about you're issue. what is shown in an HMI is not always that what is being used in the program. You are using mark detection in the motion CPU is that correct ?
  15. Are you using GX Works 3 with Dataflow analasis you can find these error more easily.
