Dear All, i have S7-1200 with seimens hmi. Problem is that Siemens Hmi is Far Old and now touch is problem . So In replace Weintek Hmi is selected. -----the problem i am facing the data block is optimized in program so i can not access tags in the weintek Hmi. if i remove the optimization option in attribute then further i could not select some values are retain and some are not. ---- Kinldy suggest me how can i access in weintek the with optimization property check or if you have any other solution Regards, Zubair Ahmed

Dear Experts, i am facing a problem regarding plc to plc communication . i have 2 plc that are communicating through industrial switch . one plc is s7-1200 and second is Fatek FBS-40ma with FBS-CBE ethernet bd card. both plc are connected to an ethernet industrial switch. Siemens HMi is also connected to that industrial switch as well. i have both plc programs back up. everything is running smooth but i want both plc as back up. so i bought both plc same model new one. i have replaced the siemens plc with a new one and inserted program in it . everything works fine. but when i replace fatek plc with new one with program . siemens doesnot communicate with fatek. any suggestion will be a life saving

THanks for the reply. the only active in the control pc/pg configuration as i shown in picture is the profibus. 1. . i have connected the cable for another plc as pc adaptor auto . and it is working fine. 2. . i am connected the cable directly to plc. 3. there is not another adapter. and yes there is the network configuration behind the auto adapter behind control panel. but it is not active.

Dear All, Am new to Siemens plc. i have CPU 315-2DP. but when i try to communicate with pc through simatic Manager . i receive the Following Error. " Unable to establish a connection with module ." Sometimes it gives error as attachments. kindly help me out. Through control panel , i have selected the PG / PC interface to S7 Online with PC adapter Auto 1. Dear Gambit., i know about the s/s terminal . but there is not s/s terminal . only diagrams i have . as you can see in this pictures. but without connecting common terminal to any potential when i connect 0v to any pin it indicates the input high.

Dear All , i Have FX3uc-64mt/d plc. i am getting confused about its wiring . In manual it is mentioned that plc can be run on both sink and source while when i connect only OV to any pin it indicates the input high. although no signal is given to common terminal . can anybody explain me this phenomenon. thanks in advance.

Scada has mitsub driver. but can show one connected plc. also has modbus driver. but i dont know plc modbus register mapping. no GOT hmi . but wecon Hmi are installed

Dear Gambit , infact i want to connect 7 mitsubishi plc with one single scada through modbus bd cards. everything is already installed. but i dont know how can i do that. may be by creating a server and opc . but any hint will be thankful
