plcdp Posted July 29, 2011 Report Posted July 29, 2011 Hello, When entering line statements, what is the difference between entering in the CPU or in peripheral? Thanks, plcdp
Gambit Posted July 29, 2011 Report Posted July 29, 2011 (edited) IF you choose CPU it will also be downloaded into the PLC when tranfering the program. (This will use programming steps) If you choose pheriperal it will only be in your PC program. Edited July 29, 2011 by Gambit
Stevie_Ray Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 On my version of GX Developer 8.103, I tried adding a Statement line with the "Documentation/Statement/Note Block Edit" but the Change Type button is greyed out. What do I need to do get the chnage type selection back?
Crossbow Posted September 25, 2014 Report Posted September 25, 2014 Stevie, this topic was about GX Works2 not GX Developer. Make your own posts instead of latching onto a thread which hasn't been touched in 3 years and is not about your question. Which PLC are you using? Only Q and L can download the rung comments.
NgoHoang Posted August 25, 2017 Report Posted August 25, 2017 Dear! How to change the size of Line Statement in GX-Works2, Only 64 character is too short. Thanks.
kraykov Posted August 25, 2017 Report Posted August 25, 2017 A line statement in GX-Works2 is 32 or 64 characters. It is not possible to have more than 64 characters.

You are limited to 64 characters per line statement but not limited to amount of line statements before a rung of logic. You can add another line statement when the previous one is saturated. 1
