HOW TO COMPARE TIMER CP1E

Hello sir/madam,

I am a beginner in CX programming and it seems to be a bit different than FPSOFT. What comparison instruction can i use to compare a time? I have to count up my score counter if the switch is triggered before 1 second.

Example in pseudocode : 
...
If the person jumps on the platform within 1 second

score=score+1

Else, 

score=score+0

...
