mitsubishi Mitsubishi VNC Server Function using Mobile

Hi all

Using the VNC Server Function, I was able to connect to the HMI with Ultra VNC on my laptop.

However, using a mobile Real VNC client does not display anything (please see attached video).

Is there some setting that I should be changing?

Has anyone encountered such an issue before?

Appreciate any help.

Hi

Please try another VNC client. TightVNC, AVNC and bVNC works on Android phones.

We switched to monitoring it with SoftGOT/Anydesk instead. 🫣
