Hi, I have an issue with going online with 1768-L45 ControlLogix (version19). Its "set project path" was set up before and i used to be able to go online with the controller. I tried to go online with the controller today and It did not let me and its "set project path" is greyed out. We do have a few of 1768-L45 controllers but only this controller is having the issue. I am able to ping the controller's IP address as well. Is there something i am missing here? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you :) Regards,

Hi, I can send you L5X file for an "Add-On Instructions" to add if you need. Once you add the L5X file and download the program, you can calculate the "day of the week". 1. Make an 7 array of dint, for my example I have "WallClockTime" This is to get current date & time 2. Make a tag with data type with DayOfweek_LD, for my example, I have "DayOfWeek" This is where you can get the number of week. 0 = Sunday 1 = Mon 2 = Tues 3 = Wed 4 = Thurs 5 = Fri 6 = Sat 3. Hello, Every time, I try to run simulation for my HMI, I am getting a warning "Unresoloved in the processor on route". HMI will not display any data.. @Joe E.RSlogix 5000's version is 20.05. If i downgrade my RSLOGIX5000 to version 19. Would it work with 1769-L32 CompactLogix 5332E Controller (revision 20.19) ? or do i need to downgrade cpu firmware as well?

Hi, I am trying to create a module (cognex-dm260) in rslogix. I did install AOP and EDS files. But i am getting error messages. I have attached them. It is running on OS window 10 pro. Does anyone know why I am getting the error messages? Thanks !

@BobLfoot - I don't remember if it was the same VFD. I think it has a high chance it could be the same VFD. @VFD Guy -The fault usually comes up during acceleration.

Hi guys, @ElectronGuru, @VFD Guy , @Joe E. I did not have time to try all the stuff you guys recommended because our plant cant be down right now. What I did was I lowered an output (speed reference) by 15% in PLC program and I stopped getting the alarm from the drive. Thanks you guys for the replies

Hi @Joe E.No it is not a new installation. yes 4 drives are connected to 4 identical motors. All of sudden, getting a fault 12 (Hw overcurrent), so i thought doing the static tune would help.

Hello guys There are 4 VFD and they are all set up the same way (same parameters). However, one of my VFD is having an issue with F12 (HW Overcurrent). I don't know why only one VFD is getting that fault. I would like to do the "startup wizard" in the CCW program to see if that helps. My question is what happens to the parameters when I do the "static tune" ? and another question, is there a way to do only "static tune" without going thru all the steps in the startup wizard? Thanks in advance :)

Hi guys, I have 4 of PowerFlex 755 and one of the powerflex is weird. It can not reach the its command speed. When its command speed is 60, it only produces 20. Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks

Hi guys, I was looking for how many slots I use for 1769-L33ER CPU and I found out " 16 1769 modules 2 banks of modules ". When it says a bank of modules, what does it mean? does each bank need to have a power supply? and if it does need a power supply, do i need to count it as one slot? Thanks guys !
