Hello I am trying to extend length of data type. I attached a picture I took. As you can see, Optalex_rev's data type is INT[45]. Is there a way to extend 45 to 46 without deleting them and re-creating them? Thanks for reading. Have a good day !

Hello, I tried to download a .mer file. I have never seen this error before and how to fix this error. This is what I found from panel view plus compact manual. "Error: Unable to load non-Compact Machine Edition application. Please load a compact Machine Edition application." How do I load a compact machine edition application?? I guess i will have to tell my manager to purchase software. Because since we do not have plc program for back-up. Even we buy ml1100, we cant download to it. Thanks for the help guys

I watched the video and that is exactly what i did. Isn't it weird that I can not see MicroLogix 1200 on the selection? I do see micrologix 1000 and 1100 but not 1200. Maybe it is because its starter lite? any other suggestions? Thank you

Hi, I am using usb serial adapter. I know how to go to the device manager. Thats where I found i was using port 2. I opened rslogix 500 and this is what i found. I can not see micrologix 1200.

Hello I tried to go online with MicroLogix 1200 through "1761-CBL-PM02 Series C" serial cable. I read its manual and it says i can use the cable to go online. I got these errors and i attached them. Can someone tell me why i am getting this error? Thanks for reading and have a good day !

I check the controllers and CJ1M's port is connected with XM28-09 cable abd CPM2A's port is connected with "NUVAL CV9GY". Where are these cables connected to? Do i still construct my own cable to use with CX One? cant i use the cables those are connected with the controllers?

Hello, I am trying to go online with L-31 controller through a RS-232 serial cable. In manual, It says use 1747-CP3 or 1756-CP3 serial cable. Does it mean I can not go online without the cables?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello I am having a difficult time with opening FactortyTalk Studio. It was working fine yesterday, but when I tried to open it today. I got an error and it says " SQL Server 2008 Express Instance 'FTVIEWx64TagDB' which is required for FactoryTalk View v6.1 or later cannot be found' Unfortunately, I do not have a contract with Allen-Bradley so I can not get help from them I have attached the error too.
